@Tailstercom This is not a good business model. We have worked hard to build our business up and like to think we have a good reputation, only to face hurdles because of glitchy software and bad communication. Please, @Tailstercom, sort your app out willya?
@Tailstercom We love to keep our clients updated with photos while we're looking after their pets, but have to resort to using other methods because the Tailster app is so unreliable and clunky. We also run the risk of being penalised by Tailster.
We joined @Tailstercom a while back as another way to drum up business. The concept is good, but the app is terrible. We keep missing messages from clients because the app constantly logs out with no notice. Delays in replying to messages does not make us look good.
Sometimes it's easy to forget the grown up stuff such as insurance while we're having so much fun looking after our fuzzy clients. However, @ClivertonInsure make the renewals process an absolute breeze and their customer service is wonderful. pic.twitter.com/Fy0JR4C92j
